Lily's Laundry will gladly take returns within 30 days. Merchandise must be unworn and in original packaging. We will gladly exchange your merchandise if we have the size in stock. You are responsible for the shipping to and from. Please email Info@LilysLaundryBoutique.com to get a return number. Return orders are only taken with prior authorization.

All SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Pre-Orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Special Orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Shipping & Taxes

Lily's Laundry ships USPS Priority Mail and the cost is $5. All orders are shipped within 48 hours and average ground shipping time is 2-5 business days.

If you need your order sooner email Info@LilysLaundryBoutique.com for rates and times.

If shipping to more than 1 address an additional $5 will be added to your order.

Tax will be charged to orders that are shipped within California.

Free USPS Priority shipping on orders over $100.

Gift Wrapping is available for $5.00 per item.

We ship to US and Canada only.  To ship to Canada is $25.  We have the right to refund your money if order is international.
